At Multiverse, we know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to attracting and retaining top talent. As part of this commitment, we have recently undergone a thorough process to improve and update our benefits, and solidify our benefits principles.
Our benefits principles:
- Economies of scale: Prioritising benefits where we can get a better deal with a group rate, or give Multiversers access to something only accessible through an employer.
- Universally accessible: Where our employees live should not impact their ability to access benefits.
- Up to date: We review benefits every year in line with market trends and the wider macro-environment.
With these pillars in mind, we’ve built an offering that supports our people physically, mentally and financially. We are thrilled to share some of the exciting new benefits we now offer.
Gympass:
In our continuous efforts to support the physical, mental, and financial well-being of our employees, we have recently partnered with Gympass. In line with our universally accessible principle, this exciting collaboration provides our UK and US employees with access to a wide range of fitness facilities, including gyms, studios, and leisure centres. In addition, employees can take advantage of various wellbeing apps, participate in live group fitness classes, and even receive personalised online personal training sessions.
Just 1 month since its launch, our Gympass partnership has already seen 45% of our employees take advantage of this fantastic benefit, and we expect this number to continue rising as awareness grows.
Work From Abroad:
We recognise the importance of empowering our employees to balance work and home life by offering flexible working at Multiverse. We understand that everyone's needs are different, and we want to support our Multiversers in finding a work arrangement that suits both their personal lives and our business goals.
In addition to our flexible hybrid working offering, we have an innovative ‘work-from-abroad’ policy - this hits our up to date principle, as work-from-abroad is a relatively new benefit in the market. Our UK and US employees can spend up to 45 days in a year working outside their home country. Last year alone, our employees spent an incredible 2049 days working from abroad in over 70 countries.
Improving our in-office experience and remote flexibility with WeWork
One of the symptoms of hyper-growth is that you are often out-growing your office space! We hired over 300 people in 2022 alone, meaning that we’re now a global team of close to 800 employees. We are excited to announce new HQs in the UK and US in New York and London respectively! Our new offices aim to be inspiring places to work, for the benefit of all of our teams, and the customers and apprentices they serve. Read more about our new HQs here.
In line with our commitment to universally accessible benefits and economies of scale, we have harnessed our WeWork partnership and launched a programme that allows our remote employees in both the UK and US to access any WeWork x4 times per month! This supports our remote workforce to choose their environment, to enjoy a change of scenery and to improve their general wellness and work-life balance.
Jenny Watson, Head of Workplace Operations: “Enhancing both the in-office and remote experience is an integral part of our workplace strategy this year, as it aligns with our commitment to empowering our employees. By providing an incredible office base, equipment support for employees' home offices and access to workspaces worldwide for our remote workforce, we ensure that our colleagues have the flexibility and freedom to choose their optimal work environment, do their best work and thrive.”
At Multiverse, we strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment. We are proud to offer these enhanced benefits to our team, promoting work-life balance, and physical and mental well-being. We believe that by investing in our employees, we are investing in the success and future growth of Multiverse.
