The working world has changed, but learning hasn’t
We’re breaking the expensive barrier between education and employment that’s holding people and companies back.
What we see today
Technology and AI has radically transformed how the world works, creating the need for a new set of skills in the workplace. 40% of workers will have to reskill in the next 3 years to keep up with these advances. But, the current transition from education to work is both economically inefficient and socially unfair. We want to change that.

Our story so far
We were founded in 2016 by Euan Blair and since then have grown rapidly across the UK and US. In 2022, we raised our $220m Series D funding - one of the largest venture rounds in EdTech history. We’re proud to be backed by some of the world’s biggest investors, including General Catalyst, Lightspeed Venture Partners and StepStone Group.
Today, we work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems and prepare them for the future of work. We’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices, working with individuals at every career stage to supercharge their careers by learning in-demand tech and data skills. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.
