About the Sales Academy
Our Sales Team is the engine powering our 350% year-on-year growth, allowing us to open up fulfilling careers for more and more people. They do this by developing our existing accounts and, more importantly, building a pipeline of exciting new ones.
Working from a world-class playbook, our Sales Team plans against targets before prospecting and qualifying new opportunities. For them, each deal is unique. Forging close relationships with organisations, they secure tailored apprenticeship partnerships that are transformative for employers and employees alike.
What we’re offering
A six-month, paid internship(opens new window) with regular training and mentoring from current Multiverse sales professionals.
Those in the Academy will also receive 1:1 coaching from sales leaders, such as Multiverse President Jeremy Duggan(opens new window), who've taken three other startups to billion dollar valuations. These folks know what it takes to build a unicorn.
Our commitment to diversity

At Multiverse, we want to be different. And we are. Currently, 64% of our Sales Team are women. While we’re very proud of this fact, we’re now working hard to ensure our team better reflects the communities we serve. What we’re looking for
No sales experience is required for this entry level role. And there are no specific academic requirements.
Instead, we want to see potential. This may be demonstrated through your grades, or it might shine through in something else. Something like volunteering, sports or hobbies taken to a high level, challenges overcome, or even a side hustle made BIG. We’re looking for go-getters that always make the most of their talents.

Based in London
The internship will be based in London. There will be some working from home, some working from our office in Marylebone, and some visiting clients across London and beyond.
