Welcome to the Multiverse platform. Using the Multiverse platform will help you discover and develop new skills and knowledge; provide you with the opportunity to dive into online course work; engage with other users, interact with coaches, and benefit from our tech-enabled Multiverse learning environment (“the Platform”). The Platform is operated by Multiverse Group, an international organisation with its HQ in London, England. You can learn more about us at www.multiverse.io. You can contact us about your use of the Platform at: notices@multiverse.io. Using the Platform will help you discover and develop new skills and knowledge. To ensure your experience is enjoyable and conducive to learning, all users must adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). By accessing and using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP. The AUP applies to any material you upload or share to or generate on the Platform. It also applies to any contact you make with other users on the Platform, and any other ways you use our Platform or engage with Multiverse. We expect you to comply with the AUP in spirit as well as to the letter. We take violations of this AUP seriously and reserve the right to take appropriate action if necessary. Please read it carefully.
We provide future-ready work skills. We update the courses we offer, our teaching models and tools, and the Platform to reflect our own and industry learning. This means that the Platform, its features and any content made available on or through it may change, be replaced or withdrawn for business and operational reasons. Our Platform may not be appropriate for your particular use or available in all markets. The Platform and resources made available through it might be incomplete, contain errors, or become out of date.
Please don’t share your Platform login details or password with anyone. We work hard to protect our Platform and those who use it, but if you ever notice unauthorised use of your account, let us know right away. If we find that these terms aren’t followed, we may need to disable your account. If you think someone else has access to your login details, please contact us immediately at securityteam@multiverse.io. This clause will not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.
To make our training effective, you will engage in practical online learning activities on the Platform. If you submit any content to the Platform, including content that contains confidential information, please ensure that you check with your supervisor or manager to confirm that you have their permission to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions before submitting content. Do not upload any content that violates any laws or infringes third party rights.
We believe that our Platform is a place for useful learning to develop new skills. From time to time we may also provide links to additional, optional, non-compulsory learning resources on services offered by third parties (the “Third-Party Services”). However, please be aware that accessing these Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms and conditions set by the third party. While we aim to provide useful links, this doesn’t mean we endorse or verify the content or services of these Third-Party Services. If you choose to use any Third-Party Services, it's important to review their terms.
Our Platform and some of the services provided through it may utilise artificial intelligence systems (“AI”) to enhance the way we deliver and assess skills and learning activity. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that some of the content or services you receive or interact with may be created or assisted by AI. While we continue to innovate and refine our use of AI, this technology is still developing, and we cannot guarantee that the information or resources we make available on the Platform (whether AI-assisted or not) will always be complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free. If you use any of the AI functionality on the Platform, then you should do so with caution and in light of the evolving nature and accuracy of AI.
